Cancellation Policy

Ready Rugby strives to provide you with the best service possible by adequately staffing for the clinics and developing games that teach the skills of rugby and generate fun. As we are a private company we must recover the costs for staff time in processing not only registrations, but in the event of a cancellation, refunds and returns. As such, the following policies and procedures have been established to address holiday clinic cancellation of events and programs AND participant cancellation/withdrawal from scheduled events.

In the case of event cancellation

In the case of bad weather we will usually postpone the clinic for a day in the hope of a break in the weather, however, if there is no change we will be forced to cancel the clinic. If this is the case we will refund all of your child's/children's money.

In the case of participant cancellation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur  and  sometimes participants need to cancel, therefore, we have created a staggered cancellation policy.

Cancellations earlier than 72 hours

If a participant cancels earlier than 72 hours (meaning more than 3 days before the event) he/she is entitled to a full refund of costs.

Cancellations between 48 hours and 24 hours

Often the clinics are booked out and some players miss out or register on our waiting lists. With adequate time we can contact possible participants, however, we charge an administration fee of 10% for cancellations with in the period of 48 hours and 24 hours.

Cancellations of 24 hours or later

Unfortunately, in this case we have little chance of filling the spot vacated by a participant and the participant will not be entitled to a refund.
